Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and Athletes and proactively understand their needs to support the shopping experience with accurate product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards.
• Promote company programs such as customer loyalty, warranty sales and credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and operating procedures, including applicable laws and ATF guidelines.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome, safe and respected.
• Support the team across the store and perform additional tasks as assigned.
