Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes and assist shoppers with product knowledge and customer service.
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs, and comply with laws and guidelines including Federal ATF.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.
