Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes, understand their needs, and support their shopping experience with helpful product knowledge and service.
• Follow floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards.
• Promote store programs such as loyalty and warranty sales.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, including applicable laws and guidelines.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
