DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking an Advisor to deliver a high-touch athlete experience, guiding shoppers through checkout, loyalty programs, and services with confidence and expertise. You will build connections, drive engagement, and help create a seamless and memorable end-to-end shopping journey in a store setting.

As part of the team, you’ll greet customers, uphold merchandising standards, promote programs, and ensure safety and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes and proactively understand their needs and support their shopping experience with helpful product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation and replenishment standards.
• Promote company programs such as customer loyalty, warranty sales, and private label card enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, including applicable regulations and ATF guidelines.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome, safe, and respected.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team and perform other tasks as assigned.
