Qualifications

• Customer service experience and ability to engage with athletes and customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes, assess needs, and provide helpful product knowledge and service.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards.
• Promote programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention policies and SOPs, as well as external guidelines including ATF laws.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team and perform other tasks as assigned.
