Qualifications

• Strong customer-service mindset and ability to engage athletes and teammates.
• Experience greeting customers and guiding shopping experiences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone (Teammates and Athletes) and proactively understand their needs with product knowledge and service.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards across floor sets, signage, pricing, and inventory.
• Promote programs such as loyalty, warranties, and credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and SOPs, including external regulations such as ATF.
• Create an inclusive store environment and support the team.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach and perform other tasks as assigned.
