Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a team member to protect merchandise, monitor entrances, and deliver excellent member service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help implement club policies and maintain a safe, welcoming experience for all members.

Responsibilities include greeting and assisting members, resolving concerns, and performing audits of security procedures. Strong interpersonal skills and reliability are essential, with regular attendance a must.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and an attention to detail are required.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Ability to use a smart handheld device.
• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Must be employed with the company for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and thank members with prompt, friendly service.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to management when needed.
• Maintain merchandise protection procedures and shrink alert protocols.
• Audit Express Pay, curbside, and same-day delivery per policy.
• Monitor entrance/exit and respond to EAS alarms per procedures.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards across the club.
• Support other departments as needed and maintain attendance.
