Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in McLean, VA seeks a Workplace Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming face of the office while supporting the Workplace Management team. You will blend customer service with hands-on facility coordination to keep front-of-house operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include reception, mail, work orders, preventive maintenance, conference room and AV support, supplies, onboarding help, and emergency preparedness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in an office environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills with professional interaction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage the main reception with professional service.
• Handle inbound/outbound mail and courier services.
• Submit and track facility work orders with vendors.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance with vendors and teams.
• Provide conference room support including AV and catering coordination.
• Manage conference room and AV reservations via booking systems.
• Stock and order office supplies and manage vendor relations.
• Process office invoices and coordinate payments.
• Assist onboarding with signage, access cards, and packets.
• Participate in emergency preparedness as part of the office team.
