Santa Maria Hostel is seeking a Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact, answering calls, guiding visitors, and providing information about the organization. The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, professionalism, and trauma-informed interactions with participants, staff, and guests.

Responsibilities include monitoring access, logging visitors, and coordinating with team members while maintaining a secure and welcoming environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months’ related clerical/clinical experience preferred.
• Annual completion of Blue Basin training: Motivational Enhancement Therapy; trauma, abuse and related topics.
• Current CPR and infant CPR certification, First Aid and PIAB training; valid Texas Driver's License.

Responsabilidades

• Answer and route incoming calls; provide information about Santa Maria Hostel.
• Greet visitors and monitor access to the property; maintain confidentiality logs.
• Assist with data entry, CMBHS documentation, and room reservations; support staff as needed.
• Observe safety, report incidents, and ensure the security of participants and property.
