Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including sensitivity to multiculturalism and diversity.
Ability to work with a wide variety of people, including students, faculty, staff, community members, and volunteers.
Experience with Microsoft Office365, SharePoint, Excel, and Word.
Experience in an arts, non-profit, or educational setting is a plus.
