The Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (PAFA) is seeking a Senior Manager of Visitor Experience & Operations to lead admissions, gallery staffing and frontline services, ensuring a welcoming and consistent visitor journey.

Reporting to the Revenue & Engagement team, you will coordinate across exhibitions, education, membership, events and security, while overseeing PAFA's ticketing system and data reporting to improve operational efficiency and guest experience.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
5+ years in visitor experience, hospitality, museum operations or similar audiences-focused work.
Experience leading frontline teams.
Strong cross-department collaboration skills in complex environments.
Experience administering ticketing, CRM or POS systems; ACME preferred.
Excellent communication, judgment, problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to balance priorities while prioritizing the visitor experience.
