MyEyeDr. is hiring a Patient Service Coordinator to provide personalized front desk experiences during check in/out and to support the patient journey with town-ready care. Training will be provided to learn about our vision-care industry and deliver best-in-class service.

Qualifications

• Experience at a front desk, reception, or customer-facing role.
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.
• Willing to collaborate with team for best patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out experience that is timely and positive.
• Verify insurance plans and educate patients on options during check in/out.
• Assist in appointment confirmations and patient outreach with doctor availability.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet walk-ins, schedule appointments, and support staff.
• Cross-train to other office roles (Eyewear Consultants, Technicians) as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
