Job summary

The Hershey Hampton Inn is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee all front desk operations and uphold our high standard of guest service. You will supervise staff, ensure smooth check-in/check-out, and maintain knowledge of room types, rates, and availability, while presenting folios and handling payments.

Candidates should have at least one year in a similar role, with supervisory experience viewed as a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests, management and co-workers.
• Ability to handle guest complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all front desk functions and maintain hotel standards.
• Direct and implement a strong service and management philosophy for staff.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, room types, rates, and availability.
• Present guest folios and process payments in line with policy.
• Assist staff to ensure optimum guest service and satisfaction.
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned areas.
