Job summary

Shaner Hotels is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor for the Hampton Inn Hershey Near the Park. The role supports guest satisfaction, trains staff, and ensures daily operational compliance with brand and franchise standards.

The position requires prior housekeeping experience, supervisory skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members. A bilingual English/Spanish background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience in hospitality; supervisory experience a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
• High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling requirements, and use of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a high quality of services offered to guests through management of housekeeping department standards and procedures.
• Direct, implement and maintain a strong service and management philosophy for staff.
• Train and develop team members and ensure required training is complete.
