Job summary

The Hershey Hampton Inn is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee all front desk operations and uphold our high standard of guest service. You will supervise staff, ensure smooth check-in/check-out, and maintain knowledge of room types, rates, and availability, while presenting folios and handling payments.

Candidates should have at least one year in a similar role, with supervisory experience viewed as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff to ensure optimum guest service and satisfaction.
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned areas.

• Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Present guest folios and process payments. Adhere to payment, cash handling and credit policies/procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
