Job summary

Shaner Hotels’ Hampton Inn Hershey Near the Park is seeking a customer‑oriented team member to join our front desk. You will help guests with check‑in/check‑out and provide information on local attractions and services.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year of customer service experience, and good communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; computer experience is preferred. Flexible scheduling may be required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest services including check-in/check-out politely and efficiently.
• Process all payments according to established hotel requirements.
• Provide information and services to any guest or visitor in a friendly, professional manner.
