Job summary

Pet Paradise is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor who leads a team of Front Desk Associates with a focus on top-notch customer service and smooth daily operations. You will train staff, manage schedules, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining a welcoming lobby environment.

Eligibility for advancement and participation in company training academies are highlighted, with opportunities through the Unleashed Leadership Academy, Dog Training Academy and Grooming Academy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in customer service and supervisory roles preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of Front Desk Associates including leading, training, and coaching based on company standards and guidelines
• Assist management with training, assigning and directing work, coaching, and conducting performance reviews
• Report and document potential hazards or behavior issues involving guests or employees to management
• Assist Front Desk functions as needed including processing check-ins/check-outs, answering calls, de-escalating issues, and keeping the lobby clean during hours
• Ensure team completes LMS courses and training guides
