Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service role.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Cheerful, friendly, and team‑oriented attitude.
• Physically capable of pet handling and lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome pet parents and pets at check-in and check-out.
• Process check-ins and check-outs accurately.
• Walk dogs for drop-off/pickup and arrange suites.
• Handle calls, voicemails, and emails promptly.
• Perform cashier and POS operations.
• Keep entrance and lobby clean and presentable.
• Support cat room and liaise with veterinary team.
• Assist with harnesses at check-in/out.
• Ensure suites are prepared for each pet.
