Lodgco Hospitality is hiring at the Grand Rapids Downtown Hampton Inn & Suites for a Front Office Supervisor. The role oversees guest service operations and leads the Front Desk team to deliver exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities include supervising Front Desk personnel, enforcing rate/credit policies, and ensuring a safe, well-maintained lobby and front desk area while supporting occasional training and staffing needs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hotel experience, preferably in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Desk personnel, interview applicants, coach employees, promote teamwork and morale, assign duties and ensure OSHA safety.
• Ensure Front Desk staff adhere to rate and credit policies and procedures.
• Expertise in property management systems and knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Balance cash overages/shortages and maintain a clean, organized Front Desk area.
• Maintain a well-kept lobby and assist in ordering supplies for Front Desk, Breakfast, Market, and Bar.
• Review shift checklists daily and monitor service quality across platforms.
