Job summary

Canopy by Hilton Grand Rapids Downtown in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a dynamic Front Office Manager to lead our Front Desk and Valet teams. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, oversee daily operations, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Evening and weekend availability is required; you’ll ensure brand standards and safety protocols are followed while optimizing revenue opportunities and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a related hospitality management role.
• Knowledge of Michigan driving laws and vehicle usage.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with high customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee valet and front office operations and personnel.
• Manage guest vehicles and ensure safe handling and retrieval.
• Interview, train, coach, and supervise staff; schedule shifts.
• Maintain brand standards and lead departmental meetings.
• Develop safety protocols and ensure guest arrival experiences are seamless.
• Monitor financial performance and drive revenue growth.
