Sundial Beach Resort on Sanibel Island is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk team and ensure exceptional guest service. You will oversee check-in/out, manage reservations, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel/resort front desk operations preferred.
• Experience supervising front desk staff is a plus.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations to ensure smooth guest check-in/check-out.
• Supervise and train Front Desk Agents to uphold standards.
• Resolve guest issues by researching and applying effective solutions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and drive improvements.
• Handle reservations, including Wholesale and OTA bookings.
• Maintain front desk inventory and supplies.
