You will lead the front desk team, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out while upholding brand and Concord standards. You’ll deliver exceptional guest service and maintain a welcoming lobby environment.

This full-time role emphasizes guest satisfaction and team leadership, with competitive hourly pay of $24 and opportunities for advancement within Concord Hospitality.

Qualifications

• Provide high quality service to guests.
• Assist with guest check-in/check-out.
• Handle guest mail and messages per procedures.
• Knowledge of hotel services and selling strategies.
• Process reservations efficiently.
• Answer switchboard with proper etiquette.
• Block rooms and handle special requests.
• Monitor room availability and assist yield management.
• Manage safe deposits as required.
• Maintain a clean lobby and desk area.
• Know emergency and security procedures.

Responsabilités

• Monitor room availability and offer AGM and GM assistance in yield management and restrictions.
• Handle safe deposits by guests per established procedures.
• Keep lobby and desk area clean and presentable.
• Have a thorough knowledge of emergency and security procedures.
