Tempo by Hilton Del Mar is seeking a Front Desk professional to help launch a premier West Coast property with the support of Excel Hotel Group. You will help ensure smooth front desk operations, guest satisfaction and staff guidance from day one.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, coordinating schedules, coaching front desk team, onboarding new hires, and collaborating with other departments to resolve issues and relay group information.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years customer service experience.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours.
• Basic knowledge of computers and software including email, word processing, and spreadsheets.

Responsabilités

• Welcomes guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
• Schedules, coordinates, directs and delegates work to Front Desk staff.
• Coaches and conducts performance reviews for front desk associates.
• Trains new employees on standards.
• Maintains communications with other departments.
• Resolves guest complaints quickly and courteously.
• Manages group information and requirements messaging to departments.
