Job summary

Acqualina Resort & Residences on the Beach is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee all front desk functions in accordance with hotel standards. You will direct staff and uphold a service philosophy that guides daily operations in a luxury beachfront setting.

You will report to the Front Desk Manager and supervise Front Desk Agents, Bell/Door, PBX, Reservations and Concierge staff. Strong English skills and prior cashiering experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; some college.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Compute basic arithmetic; cost controls knowledge; yield management familiarity.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong guest-service orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Front Desk functions following hotel standards and service philosophy.
• Direct staff and supervise Front Desk Agents, Bell/Door, PBX, Reservations and Concierge teams.
• Collaborate with Front Desk Manager and other departments; maintain professional guest relations.
• Input/access information in property management systems; uphold confidentiality of guest data.
