Job summary

Acqualina Resort & Residences on the Beach in Florida seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee all front desk operations in line with hotel standards. You will direct staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold service philosophy across departments.

You will supervise Front Desk Agents, Bell/Door staff, PBX, Reservations and Concierge teams, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate information in the property management and POS systems while delivering superb hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; some college.
• Experience in cashiering.
• 2 years experience as Front Desk Supervisor.
• Fluency in English.
• Compute basic arithmetic.
• Familiarity with yield management and cost controls.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and remain calm under pressure.
• Follow directions and understand guest service needs.
• Work with co-workers as a team and maintain confidentiality.
• Input and access information in PMS/POS.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Front Desk operations per hotel standards.
• Direct and maintain a service and management philosophy for staff.
• Supervise Front Desk Agents, Bell/Door, PBX, Reservations and Concierge teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain guest relations and resolve issues with good judgment.
• Accurate cash handling and data entry in PMS/POS systems.
