Job summary

Acqualina Resort & Residences on the Beach in Florida seeks a Sales Manager to drive hands-on sales efforts, meet with clients on-site, generate leads, attend networking events, and secure marketing features. The role collaborates with Front Office, Sales and Marketing, Catering, and resort leadership to grow the market share.

Essential candidates will have a business/sales/marketing background, fluent English, strong communication, and proven selling skills with knowledge of yield management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing or equivalent training in business or sales management.
• Fluency in English. Strong written, verbal and non-verbal communication.
• Familiarity with yield management and forecasting.
• Excellent knowledge of company's products, and selling skills.
• Excellent time management, communications, decision making, human relations, presentation and organization skills.
• Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Act as a hands-on sales professional, generating leads and attending networking events.
• Engage in on-site meetings, prospecting, and securing marketing features.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Front Office, Catering, Sales and Marketing.
• Maintain client relationships and develop new group and leisure accounts.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage contacts, activities, and bookings.
• Provide regular market updates and reports to leadership.
