The Ellis Hotel, a Tribute Portfolio property in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the Front Desk and Night Audit teams, with a focus on guest and associate satisfaction. The ideal candidate has prior Front Desk experience, strong customer service, and the ability to train and grow our associates.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or equivalent hospitality experience.
• Brand experience desirable.
• Strong leader of people.
• Superior interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Reliable with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
• Familiar with common computer software programs.
• Must be willing to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of day-to-day Front Office operations, ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in interviewing and supervising Front Office Associates.
• Handle check-in/check-out, verify billing, create reservations, and process special requests.
• Provide knowledge of hotel and local attractions to assist guests.
• Maintain open relationships with reports and management.
• Investigate and resolve guest service or accommodation complaints promptly.
• Monitor budgets and payroll records; analyze variances.
