Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor at Courtyard Atlanta Decatur Downtown/Emory in Decatur, GA. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading the front desk team to smooth check-ins/check-outs.

You will oversee reservations, VIP requests, and daily operations while maintaining high service standards and safety. A strong leader with 2–3 years in hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework helpful.
• 2–3 years of progressive hotel or related field experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Certifications may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth; manage check-ins/outs, reservations, VIP requests.
• Track logs, messages and packages with accuracy and speed.
• Monitor room rates, packages and promotions to support revenue.
• Lead and train associates, resolve guest concerns, uphold safety standards.
