Job summary

EVEN Hotel Downtown Omaha is seeking a dependable Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk team and support daily hotel operations.

This hands-on role requires initiative, professional communication, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Hours are 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. with weekends/holidays as needed.

Candidates should have prior IHG hotel experience, a valid driver's license to operate the shuttle, and strong customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• Experience at an IHG hotel.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate the hotel shuttle.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to lead by example and handle competing priorities professionally.
• Dependability and attention to detail to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front desk operations and support staff.
• Assist with guest check-ins/outs, reservations, billing, and payments.
• Address guest questions and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Train and coach front desk staff on procedures and standards.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance on room readiness and guest needs.
• Review reservations and shift reports for accuracy.
• Follow cash-handling, safety, security, and incident reporting procedures.
• Occasionally drive the hotel shuttle.
• Support the General Manager with additional duties.
