Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Omaha Downtown is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead front desk operations in a busy hotel environment. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

The position emphasizes training, cash handling, and ensuring brand standards are met across shifts. Prior supervisory experience in a hotel setting is preferred, with opportunities for advancement within the property.

Qualifications

• Two years combined prior front desk and supervisor experience.
• Prior Hilton experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a friendly welcome and provides information on hours and attractions.
• Complete registration accurately using the computer system and PMS; manage room assignments and keys.
• Answer calls in a clear English, relay messages, and assist guests as requested.
• Manage group arrivals and pre-arrival packets; coordinate smooth check-in/out processes.
• Train new agents in daily duties, cash handling, CRM Toolbox usage, and brand standards.
