Job summary

Doubletree by Hilton Omaha Downtown is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, check in/out, and coordinate guest services at the front desk. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring guest satisfaction and a smooth arrival experience.

Must be able to work both 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shifts, and provide professional service across the PBX and concierge tasks. Experience in hospitality and front desk operations is preferred; strong English communication and computer skills are

Qualifications

• Must have prior front desk experience.
• Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to access and input information using a computer system.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out hotel guests in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Initiate courtesy call after check-in to ensure guest satisfaction and offer assistance.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service and handle PBX duties.
