The Doubletree by Hilton Omaha Downtown is seeking a Front Desk Agent with a hospitality attitude to welcome guests and be a brand ambassador at every interaction. You will play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction, handling check-ins/outs, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities include managing guest communications, coordinating with departments for VIP arrivals, and maintaining accurate cash and credit card transactions while upholding

Qualifications

• Prior Hilton hospitality experience preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to access and input information using a computer system.
• Must have prior front desk experience.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out hotel guests in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Initiate courtesy calls after check-in to ensure guest satisfaction and offer assistance.
• Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests.
• Provide friendly telephone service for general PBX functions with accurate information.
• Follow proper cash handling and credit-card procedures, balancing at shift end.
• Communicate guest services and amenities to guests and relay VIP arrivals.
