Qualifications

• Hotel front desk or guest services experience preferred.
• Entry-level supervisory role with a path to Front Desk Manager.
• Outgoing personality and passion for guest service.
• Adaptability and composure in a fast-paced front office.
• Strong communication to support and direct a front desk team.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and exceed guest expectations per shift.
• Run the perfect shift by adhering to brand standards and setting the team up for success.
• Supervise front desk agents, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
• Serve as on-shift leader and escalation point in absence of Front Desk Manager.
• Perform front desk duties and operate hotel systems alongside the team.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and cross-training of new associates.
• Take on additional responsibilities to maintain smooth operations.
