Hyatt House Lansing/University Area is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk team, deliver warm, personalized service, and uphold Hyatt brand standards in a bustling hotel setting.

You’ll oversee check-in/out, reservations, and guest requests, coach team members, and collaborate with the AGM/GM to drive guest satisfaction and smooth operations. This role offers growth toward Assistant General Manager in a supportive, dynamic environment.
