Job summary

A&R Group is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for Home2 Suites by Hilton in Mobile, AL. This is a full-time hourly role supporting a 24/7 hotel operation and guest service excellence.

You will lead the Front Desk and Breakfast teams, train staff, serve as Manager on Duty, greet guests, handle concerns, manage reservations and billing, and coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B. Open availability, strong communication, and a guest-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership of Front Desk and Breakfast teams.
• Train, coach, and hold associates accountable to brand and company standards.
• Step in as Manager on Duty when the GM/AGM is off-property.
• Greet, check in, and check out guests with efficiency and warmth.
• Handle guest concerns using recovery tools and logging in Quore.
• Manage reservations, OTA bookings, billing, and loyalty enrollments.

Responsibilities
