Home2 Suites by Hilton Tuscaloosa Downtown is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate to warmly greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, and provide information about the resort and local attractions. You will manage reservations, process payments, and collaborate with different teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The role requires strong communication, a guest-first mindset, and the ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to use Microsoft 365 and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a warm, courteous manner.
• Process check-ins, check-outs, and reservations accurately.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and share information about amenities and local attractions.
• Handle payments, process transactions, and maintain records.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
