This full-time role involves supervising front desk operations, coordinating hiring and training, and ensuring adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Strong management skills with ability to delegate and coach staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills with ability to handle diverse guests.
• Willingness to work outside regular hours; schedules may vary based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Directs front desk staff and supervises operations.
• Participates in hiring, training, onboarding and performance reviews.
• Maintains records including cash flow, accounts, and reservations documentation.
• Leads staff meetings and ensures compliance with policies and SOPs.
• Assists with sales, marketing and group room rate inquiries.
• Responds to guest complaints and resolves issues promptly.
• Acts as General Manager in absence of GM; covers shifts as needed.
