Capital Vacations, LLC seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations, rooms control, and PBX while maintaining strong cross-department collaboration. The role requires hands-on leadership and a visible presence in the front office to drive excellent guest experiences.

We value staff development, adherence to SOPs, and proactive problem resolution to elevate service. Occasional shift flexibility and duties across resort operations may apply.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of front desk, reservations, and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front desk operations and PBX.
• Lead front office team by example and develop staff.
• Monitor service levels and improve processes.
• Manage room inventory, reservations, and audits.
• Serve as Manager on Duty as needed.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and reporting.
