Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a Hospitality Supervisor – Front Office to lead the daily front desk operations, rooms control and PBX, while collaborating with all departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences in Branson, MO. You’ll be a hands-on leader who models service excellence and drives team success.

You will oversee scheduling, staff development, audits for SOPs and QA standards, and act as Manager on Duty as needed, ensuring smooth check-ins/outs and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/management experience in hotel/resort operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead front office team and supervise daily operations.
• Manage front desk, reservations, and PBX.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle guest concerns.
• Develop staff and conduct trainings.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and monthly reporting.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle shifts.
• Maintain SOPs and QA standards compliance.
• Monitor service levels and identify improvements.
• Oversee cash handling and key inventories.
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experience.
