Hyatt Regency Newport Beach West in Newport Beach, CA, is seeking a courteous Front Desk/Guest Services professional. The role requires 2+ years in hotel guest service, excellent communication, and proficient computer skills; knowledge of Opera/Colleague Advantage is preferred.

You will manage reservations, assist guests, supervise the front desk shift, coach staff, and ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience. Availability for PM shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hotel customer service
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Proficient computer skills
• Knowledge in Opera/Colleague Advantage (preferred)
• Friendly, professional, cheerful demeanor
• Willingness to work PM shift, weekends and holidays

Responsabilités

• Respond to inquiries and accept hotel reservations
• Resolve guest problems quickly with a sense of urgency
• Answer telephone and in-person inquiries about reservations and information
• Supervise daily shift ensuring SOP adherence and guest focus
• Train and direct front desk workflow and coaching
• Take responsibility in absence of Front Office Manager
