FirstService Residential is seeking an on-site Front Desk Supervisor in Nashville. You will oversee all Front Desk staff, greet residents, monitor access, and manage daily logs and incident reports.

Strong communication and bilingual abilities are essential for providing excellent customer service and coordinating with the property team. The role requires flexibility to work Sundays through Thursdays, 7am-3pm, and to respond to emergencies while maintaining a secure environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma preferred; college level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• 2–3 years of business experience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be bilingual and have strong customer service skills.

Mansioni

• Oversees and schedules all Front Desk staff for building.
• Maintains schedules and timesheets for payroll purposes.
• Keeps track of activity logs and incident reports for the Manager’s review.
• Provides training for all new hires assigned to property.
• Assists in investigations and in emergency-related tasks.
