The role requires at least 1 year of customer service in hospitality, weekend and holiday availability, and strong math and computer skills for room rates, keys, and accounts.

Qualifications

• One year experience in customer service in hospitality or similar industry.
• Ability to stand, walk and work behind front desk.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and sincere welcome.
• Input and retrieve guest information during registration and check-in.
• Resolve guest questions and concerns with professional, solution-focused approach.
