Island Hospitality is seeking a friendly Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk team and ensure guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met. You will plan and supervise a diverse workforce to maintain smooth operations and be a reference for guests and vendors.

This position may require flexible scheduling. You’ll ensure staff are trained on our guest service standards and manage check-in/check-out, payments, and shift reports to support management.

Qualifications

• Front desk leadership experience preferred
• Strong guest service orientation
• Ability to manage staff and schedules
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Check-in/Check-out hotel guests and process payments
• Provide information and assistance to guests and vendors
• Prepare shift reports for management
• Ensure front desk staff are trained on service standards
