Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and oversee check-in/check-out procedures.
• Supervise and support front desk agents, ensuring service quality.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints and special requests professionally.
• Process reservations, cancellations and modifications using Choice PMS.
• Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance to ensure room readiness.
• Train new staff on brand protocols and customer service standards.
