Hilton Garden Inn Wenatchee, proudly managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality, is hiring a Guest Service Supervisor. You will oversee front desk operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival through departure while leading the front desk team to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and hospitality experience, with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain government- or brand-required permits, licenses, or certificates.
• Up to 40 hours per week with varied and flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily Front Desk operations and guest service.
• Oversee guest check-in/check-out and resolve guest concerns.
• Promote brand loyalty programs and maximize revenue through service excellence.
• Lead and support the front desk team to maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of operational efficiency and team performance.
