The Northwest x Southern Hospitality seeks a General Manager to lead the Wenatchee Hilton Garden Inn operations. You will direct multiple departments, shape guest experiences, and drive performance in a hospitality-focused environment.

We value strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a guest-first approach, with opportunities for advancement across NSH properties in the Pacific Northwest.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; degree in hospitality or related field of study preferred.
• Must have at least 5 or more years of experience in the hospitality field.
• Previous experience as a hotel manager, assistant manager, or hotel department manager required.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven customer service experience as a manager; strong guest-focused mentality.

Responsabilidades

• Manage total hotel operations and coordinate activities across departments.
• Direct and coordinate activities of one or more departments such as engineering, operations or sales.
• Assist chief administrative officers in formulating and administering organization policies.
• Perform duties personally or through subordinate managers.
