Santa Rosa Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Front Desk Lead to supervise front desk operations, assist the General Manager, and ensure every guest experiences a warm, memorable welcome.

This full-time, on-site role requires 0–1+ year of customer service, a passion for hospitality, integrity with guest records, and the ability to train staff and handle calls; we offer competitive pay, daily pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 0–1+ year of customer service experience.
• Hospitality focus with guest experience.
• Ability to handle confidential information about guests.
• Strong phone etiquette and accurate message taking.
• Formal training or equivalent education in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Performs functions of Guest Service Agent as scheduled by Management.
• Provides training, including safety training, to front office staff as directed by Management.
• Assists in scheduling front desk personnel within budget guidelines to assure adequate staffing.
• Maintains accurate records including cash flow sheet, direct bill accounts, credit card payments, registration cards, and reservation cards.
• Responds to guest inquiries and upholds franchise standards and hotel policies.
