Responsibilities

• Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
• Handles confidential guest information with integrity.
• Promptly addresses guest requests and complaints.
• Answers and routes calls, takes messages accurately.
• Manages cash drawer contents during shift.
• Maintains accurate records of registrations and reservations.
• Supports sales and marketing efforts as directed by the GM.
