You’ll mentor front desk associates, address guest concerns with urgency, and collaborate with other departments to maintain brand quality. Must be tech-savvy, able to lift 50 lbs, and thrive in a busy hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs.
• Coach, train, and motivate front desk associates—be the team’s go-to guru.
• Handle guest concerns with grace and urgency to set the tone for service.
• Monitor cash handling, shift reports, and adherence to brand and safety standards.
• Jump in to assist with phones, reader board updates, or VIP arrivals as needed.
