Ideal candidates bring customer service leadership experience, strong communication, and a detail‑oriented approach. You should be comfortable with hotel systems, cash handling, and staying on your feet to support VIP arrivals and busy shifts.

Qualifications

Customer service and leadership experience – you’ve led teams and created a welcoming vibe.
Strong communication skills – coordinate with guests, staff, and other departments.
Detail-oriented and organized – manage shift reports and guest requests without errors.
Tech confident – proficient with hotel systems, emails, and reporting.
Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest interactions.
Coach, train, and motivate front desk associates; act as the team’s go-to guru.
Handle guest concerns with grace and urgency, setting a positive tone.
Monitor cash handling, shift reports, and compliance with brand standards.
Jump in wherever needed—phones, reader board, VIP arrivals, etc.
